  • Products are ordered using school specific Stripe checkout links or QR codes during an official order window.
  • By placing an order you agree to the terms shown on this page and any additional details shown at checkout.

Content

  • Images may be illustrative examples. Actual products may vary by school design.
  • We aim to keep information accurate, but details may change without notice.

Orders and delivery

  • School bear orders are made to order and produced after the order window closes.
  • Bears feature the school logo only.
  • All school designs are approved by the school before order links or letters are shared with parents.
  • Orders are delivered to the participating school for collection, unless a different delivery method is clearly stated at checkout.
  • Please provide your child’s full name, year group, and class or teacher so the school can distribute orders correctly.
  • Order deadlines and expected delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Late orders may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from use of this site, except where the law does not permit exclusion.

Competition

From time to time Dotty Moo Ltd may run competitions. Each competition will have specific entry requirements, closing dates, and prizes, which will be clearly stated on the competition page. Only entries with the correct answer will be eligible to win. Winners will be contacted directly and announced by first name, surname initial, town, and county only.
